Biography
Stella Neema is an Associate Professor of Medical Anthropology at the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, School of Social Sciences, Makerere University.
She has initiated and conducted social and behavioural researches on young people, SRHR, Malaria and pregnancy, AMR, NTDs, Gene Drive, HIV, gender and health, and community participatory studies. She is an expert in qualitative research approaches.
She is the current Chair of Makerere University School of Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee.
